From engaging with Cloud it has been pleasurable, they listened to my requirements and delivered services that maximised my recovery potential.
A big issue for my organisation was gaining up-to date contact details and increasing contact with overdue accounts. Cloud thought outside the box and delivered data cleanse on my customer’s which then enabled them to deliver the on-demand app by the smart phone.
In only a few months my collection rate has increases dramatically and the need for legal action reduced, I am looking forward to working with the team to implement this earlier on in the process to reduce my days overdue.
